>> How do I make payment for an invoice / renewal?

Full payment details are provided with each invoice / renewal notice - but you can make payment by one of the following methods:

Credit / Debit Card
You can pay online using our Secure Payment Portal. We do not charge any surcharge for payment by credit / debit card.


When sending cheques please ensure you write your customer number and the invoice / renewal / pro-forma reference number(s) on the back of the cheque.

All cheques must be in UK £ (pounds) and drawn on a UK bank.

Cheques should be made payable to "GetOnline Limited" - for our postal address details see here.


Direct Bank (BACS) Payment

As stated in a previous FAQ - for service renewals please ensure payment reaches us a minimum of 7 days before the renewal date.
